The Bradford Gurdjieff Society in Yorkshire

The Head Quarters and weekend retreat for the Bradford Gurdjieff Society is in West Yorkshire. We have a building consisting of a large kitchen, a dining room, a study and workshop rooms. The second story provides sleeping quarters for members and there is adequate parking for the group.

Our Operating Model 

We are not a commercial enterprise and do not operate a fee based syllabus. Members contribute financially at the level of their means and personal inclination. The curriculum is strictly maintained and the Group is organised into sub-groups according to each member’s level of exposure to the Gurdjieff Work.

We have continued to base our methods on the style introduced by Mr Gurdjieff since the foundation of the Bradford Gurdjieff Society in 1949.
